Return Policy

We really hope that you will love your Rites purchase. However, if it's not right, you have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to return the item to us. We can't accept returns received after 14 days.

Items must be returned in their original state; unworn, with all labels and tags still attached; and in the original packaging they were delivered in. We will not accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been worn and/or tags removed.

Rites cannot be held responsible for item(s) lost in transit and it is the customer’s responsibility to track their return safely back to us.

At this time customers are required to cover any costs associated with returning an item to us.

On receipt of your returned items, we will refund the price paid on the original payment card. Please note shipping costs are not refunded. Refunds are processed within 10 days of us receiving the items. Once we have processed the refund, you will receive an email confirmation. Please note that refunds can take up to 30 days to appear on your card.

How to return an item:

1. Submit a Return Request

Visit our Request Return page here to enter your return details. After submitting you will receive an email showing that your Request has been approved and can send the item back to us.

2. Complete the Return Form

Fill out the return form that came with your order and make sure you include this in your parcel so that we can identify your order. 

3.  Send parcel back 

Your items must arrive back to us within 14 days from when you received the item.

4.  Return will be processed

Once your item has been received we will process the return and refund. You will be notified by email once the return has been approved and refund issued.
