Our minimum rental period is 4 days. To book rentals for longer than 30 days please contact us.
We recommend booking your rental to start at least a day before you are planning to wear your look. Deliveries can be made morning or afternoon, and we believe getting dressed up should be stress free! The rental end date is the day it needs to be dropped off or collected by our courier.
Yes!, you can visit us in store to try any of our rentals before you book. We can't guarantee availability in advance so we recommend contacting ahead if you're wanting to try something specific.

Renting
Our Fit Guarantee has you covered if your online rental order doesn’t fit, or just doesn't look quite right. We can offer you a full credit against the order once it is returned unworn within 24 hours. Please contact us via live chat on the website or email us info@rites.co to arrange this.
Please note, you are able to try on rental items in our store before booking so you can be extra sure of the fit. We are also happy to offer measurements or sizing advice via e-mail or live chat.
No need! We take care of all cleaning with our sustainable partners Oxwash.
If a spill happens, don’t try and fix it yourself - leave it to the professionals! Relax and remember that our optional Damage Protection covers all minor damage.
Most of our members take great care in renting items and the damage rate is extremely low. However, we understand that every now and again some wear and tear may be inevitable. That is why we have introduced optional Damage Protection when renting items on Rites to provide you peace of mind when renting.
What’s covered?
If you choose to purchase Damage Protection when renting an item we will cover any minor damage (minor stains and repairs that are able to be fixed to the point of being unnoticeable) to a maximum cost of £50 per rented item.

Late returns
Damage that can’t be repaired, including stains.
Loss of item due to carelessness, theft or other
Damage in excess of £50 repair fee
In the event of irreparable damage or loss of the item, the borrower would be liable to cover the total estimated RRP of the item at the discretion of our team.
Delivery & Returns
For London clients: our eco-courier will deliver your items on day 1 of your rental, and collect again on your final day, within a 15-minute window you select (8am-midnight, 7 days a week). Once you have checked out, you will receive an email to book your delivery and return time slots.
Alternatively, London clients can also collect and drop back to our London Fields store for free. Visit us at: Rites, 4 Broadway Market, London E8 4QJ.
Rest of UK: your items will be delivered on day 1 of your rental. Return is via prepaid local Evri dropoff.
Yes! Your order will be ready for to collect on the first day of your rental period from our Rites store, and you must drop it back by the last day of your rental period

All of our return methods are free and easy:
Store returns: Drop off to our store on the final day of your rental booking within our opening hours, 10am-6pm Monday-Saturday and 10am-5pm on Sundays.
London: our courier will collect your rental within a 30min time slot on the final day of your rental (8am-midnight, 7 days a week. To book a return time that works for you, follow the link on the e-mail sent after placing your order from Rites.
Rest of UK: just pop your rental back into the original packaging, use the QR code emailed to you to print the label at your local Evri drop-off point.
When an item is not returned on-time we may be unable to get the item ready for the next person so please ensure items are returned on the final day of the rental period. If you return your rental(s) late, a late fee of £25 per day per item will be charged.
The last day of your rental period is the date the rental either needs to be in the post or dropped back at the store depending on the rental return method selected at checkout.
Rites is unique from other rental platforms in that we manage all of our items directly so you can rely on us to get your item delivered to you on time. We recommend you to book the start of your rental for the day before you are planning to wear your item, as deliveries can be made morning or afternoon. If in the unlikely case it arrives late, we offer the following options:
you are able to keep the item for an additional number of days, still fulfilling your full rental period
you are able to send the item back on your rental end date, receiving a refund for the day(s) missed
If you are able to send the item back within 24 hours, we can offer up to a full refund if there are no signs the item has been worn.
