Our eco-courier will deliver your items on the start date of your rental, and collect again on your final day
Free Store Pickup
You can collect and drop back to our London Fields store for free. Visit us at: Rites, 4 Broadway Market, London E8 4QJ.
Rest of UK
Your items will be delivered on the start date of rental. Return is via free prepaid label and local dropoff.
Our Fit Guarantee has you covered if your online rental order doesn’t fit, or just doesn't look quite right.
We can offer you a full credit (less shipping) once the item is returned within 24 hours, unworn and with tags attached. Contact us via live chat or email us info@rites.co to arrange this.
